Founded in 2016, Jinan Lingong Mining & Rock Technology Co., Ltd. (LGMRT) is a joint venture between Sandvik Group and Lingong Machinery Group (LGMG), with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The main products are more than 50 models in four categories, including surface drill rigs, development drill equipments, underground loaders, and underground articulated trucks, with an annual production capacity of 2000 units.
LGMRT has two assembly lines: the underground mining equipment assembly line can achieve mixed-line production of 2 tons to 10 tons of underground loaders and 12 tons to 30 tons of underground articulated trucks; the drill rig assembly line can realize the mixed-line production of surface top hammer drill rigs and integrated down-the-hole drill rigs with hole diameters ranging from 90mm to 178mm. Both assembly lines adopt SET and Kitting mixed methods, and materials are automatically distributed by AGV. The lean production level and the consistency of product quality are guaranteed in a leading position in China.
