HANSA-TMP presents its Manufacturing Line

HANSA-TMP designs, manufactures and markets hydraulic components and systems for mobile, industrial, marine and wind power applications. In recent years, it has developed a new range of products that presents at Bauma China 2020.

HANSA-TMP is an Italian company based in Modena, in the heart of the Hydraulic Valley and, for over 35 years, with its manufacturing division has been a leader in the design and production of hydrostatic transmissions, pumps and motors for agricultural machinery.

The main Manufacturing product lines include closed-circuit variable displacement axial piston pumps (from 7 to 110 cm³/rev), fixed and variable axial piston motors (from 21 to 130 cm³/rev), single and double acting hand pumps and other hydraulic components. Development, production and assembly, as well as quality control, take place at the headquarters in Modena, Italy.

HANSA-TMP chooses to focus on energy efficiency through its innovative range of TPV pumps. In fact, as confirmed by Dr. Silvia Pecorari (VP Strategic Development & Operations), «two new pump lines have been developed and we are completing a third high-performance one. These are very compact pumps, which can reach up to 450 bar, increasing those of the previous line by 100-150 bar. This allows you to make the product more efficient in terms of high power density, reducing consumption. In addition, all new lines have very advanced on-board sensors that allow a high level of control of the vehicle even remotely».

In support of the company’s production, there is also an Engineering division, where the team of specialists analyses the customer’s technical and system requirements to identify the best possible solution. It deals with the dimensioning of the complete electrohydraulic system and provides pre-assembled solutions consisting of integration of production products and other hydraulic components, distributed by the company.
