Based on experience, the main factors affecting the production effect of dry sand making process are as follows:
1) Raw material conditions.
Considering the compressive strength of the rock characteristics, whether it is soft rock or hard rock, the design process and equipment selection; considering the water content of the raw materials, only materials with a water content of less than 2% are suitable for dry sand making processes.
2) Process design.
The research method can design a more reasonable process. The general dry process requires relatively harsh feeding conditions, small particle size requirements, and low water content. Generally, the particle size is in the range of 0-15mm. If the particle size reaches 0-50mm, it will increase the return processing capacity, reduce the output, and increase the wear.
3) Technical indicators.
Quality indicators such as fineness modulus, powder content, and MB value conform to national or industry standards.
4) Equipment layout.
The layout is divided into floor style (floor station style or tower style) and plane style.
5) Equipment selection.
Whether to use a powder separator to remove powder, use circular vibrating screens, linear screens, elliptical screens and other screening equipment, select the sand making machine "stone hitting iron" "stone hitting stone" mode to adapt to soft rock and hard rock, and consider key equipment performance parameters.
