Feicheng Longshan Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Feicheng City, Shandong Province, China. It is next to the provincial capital city Jinan to the north, and Mount Tai (the first of China’s five mountains) to the east. It is adjacent to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Tai’an Station of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway. The transportation is convenient.
Founded in 2000, the Company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating forging, heat treatment and machining. Covering an area of 40,000 m2, the company's annual sales revenue of the Company is RMB 180 million. Currently, there are more than 140 employees, including 46 professional and technical personnel, including 27 intermediate and senior engineering and technical personnel. At present, the Company holds 18 patents and is a teaching base for internships at School of Materials Science & Engineering, Shandong University. It is a high-tech enterprise, certified by IATF16949 Quality Management System, and ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
Main products of the Company are die forgings of 10Kg-200Kg and machined parts, mainly including support shafts, shaft heads, flanged shafts, cylinder bottoms for oil cylinders, earrings, etc. The products cover various fields such as engineering machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, automobiles, and agricultural machinery. They are mainly providing supporting parts for LiuGong, YTO ZF, LOVOL, BELL and other enterprises.
The Company is equipped with five forging production lines (one of which is a robot automatic forging production line), with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of forgings. The Company has over 200 sets of high-precision CNC machining equipment and six intelligent robot automated machining production lines; The heat treatment equipment includes forklift-type heat treatment furnaces, mesh-belt heat treatment production lines, well-type heat treatment furnaces, high-frequency and intermediate frequency quench machining tools, with an annual heat treatment capacity of 16,000 tons.
The Company has the ability of independent design, and can design product molds according to user needs. The Company has strict quality control, complete inspection methods, and dedicated physical and chemical inspection and mechanical performance laboratories, where chemical component analysis, metallographic structure, hardening performance, macroscopic structure, grain size, examinations of nonmetallic inclusion, impact and tensile mechanical performance tests, failure analysis, flaw detection, three-coordinates measuring and other tests can be carried out, so as to ensure that product quality meets user needs.
