ALS – Adaptive Electro-hydraulic System for the Efficiency of Mobile Machines

ALS Adaptive System is not anymore only a Load Sensing management system, but it is a system architecture combining products and applications through mechanical and digital parameters. It allows the optimization of the critical parameters. Walvoil offers three different ALS solutions to provide extreme versatility and adapt to the performance and system requirements of the machine. • LS Electronic Control • Electronic Flow Control • Electric Power Flow Control In fact, the ALS system can be used as an integral part of the hydraulic directional control valve or fitted to the variable displacement pump.

PWLS - NEW WALVOIL PISTON PUMP

The PWLS variable displacement, axial piston pump is Walvoil's answer to the needs of next-generation mobile hydraulic systems. Together with the well-established DPX series of directional valves, Walvoil thus completes the hydraulic circuit of the off-highway machine, deriving maximum benefit from the interaction between system components. A completely new product based on 9-piston design, the result of application and industrial knowledge gained from decades of hydraulic production. The PWLS platform, available on 3 different frames, allows working pressures up to 280 bar and deliverable flow rates over 180 l/min.

DPX SERIES: Full Flow Sharing Valves for a wide range of applications

The DPX Series is a family of open/closed center post-pressure compensated sectional valves designed specifically for Mobile Applications. The DPX series provides exceptional controllability, efficiency and flexibility for applications requiring up to 160 l/min (42 US gpm) flow rates. The Series is available in three different sizes: DPX050, DPX100 and DPX160, also available in High Pressure configuration, and it adds the benefit of Flow Sharing Technology to the standard Load Sensing valves. Versatile and complete, the DPX Series is suitable for a wide range of applications: from Mini/Midiexcavators, Telehandlers, Drilling Rigs to Aerial platforms, Truck Mounted Cranes and Agricultural and Forestry machines.
