Product Introduction

A4VG swash‑plate axial piston variable pump is designed for closed‑circuit hydrostatic transmission, with sizes 45‑280, nominal pressure 450 bar and max pressure 500 bar. Flow is proportional to speed and displacement. Stepless flow adjustment is achieved by swash‑plate angle regulation, enabling smooth oil‑flow reversal across zero‑position. Multiple controls are available: hydraulic proportional, mechanical servo, electric proportional and speed‑dependent auto‑control. Two high‑pressure relief valves protect pumps and motors from overload and serve as charge valves. The integrated charge pump supplies charge and control oil, with its pressure limited by a built‑in low‑pressure relief valve. It supports through‑drive for A4VG‑A4VG tandem assemblies, featuring pressure cut‑off, bypass and mechanical stroke limiter. High power‑density and efficiency suit heavy‑duty mobile machinery closed‑circuit systems.
