Short‑line match‑cast precasting is a segmental precasting technique. It features fast production, fine surface quality, small site footprint, adaptability to continuous and simply‑supported bridges, and no traffic closure during erection. Formwork consists of fixed‑end form with support, outer‑form with support, inner‑form with mobile support, base‑form trolley and hydraulic system. 1. Side formwork mounts on supports with screw adjusters and rotating hinges for form adjustment. 2. Each pedestal has two base‑form sets for match‑cast and fresh segments. Trolleys move them out and gantry cranes move them in. Four vertical and four horizontal jacks on the trolley realize 3‑D position tuning. 3. Modular inner‑form panels adapt to variable inner cavities. Hydraulics drive its vertical stroke and horizontal opening/closing, moved by special trolley.
