Product Introduction

This year we are showcasing two product lines: suspension components for Komatsu mining dump trucks, and hydraulic cylinders for a wide range of Komatsu machines. Dump truck suspension suits the HD785-7 and HD465-7R, and covers suspension assemblies, front suspension assemblies and suspension cylinders. Mounted between the front axle and the frame, these are the core load-bearing parts of the front suspension, carrying front-end weight and loading impact while absorbing road shock, and directly affecting ride quality and front axle component life. Complete assemblies suit full replacement, while cylinders come in left-hand and right-hand versions. Cylinders cover PC200, PC300, PC400, PC800 and PC1250 excavators, plus Komatsu bulldozers and wheel loaders, in all function types. They can be matched by machine and function, and the barrel, rod and seals are replaceable individually. These components are widely used in mining and aggregate haulage.
