This lightweight sliding window assembly is specifically designed for the side door of Komatsu excavator cabs. Featuring a precision black metal frame and single-layer safety glass, its contour is custom-cut to match the cab door frame perfectly, especially the top-left arc. This customized irregular frame ensures uniform gaps and an OEM-level fit, effectively avoiding sealing issues common with universal parts. The high-strength single-layer tempered glass significantly reduces overall weight. This minimizes the load on side door hinges and limiters, preventing door sagging and extending the mechanism's lifespan. Both front and rear glass panels feature independent black rectangular handles, allowing flexible overlapping sliding in either direction for optimal ventilation and visibility. Furthermore, the glass corners are clearly marked with international safety certifications like CCC and E1/ECE. The passivated frame edges and reserved sealing grooves provide essential protection and dust prevention for harsh daily operations.
