Product Introduction

SAE flange butterfly valves adopt the SAE square-flange standard specially designed for hydraulic fluid-power systems. They are mainly applied to hydraulic-station tank nozzles, pump ports and main return-oil pipeline interfaces. Equipped with built-in rubber O-rings for end-face-sealing, they require no conventional gaskets. The valve body is mostly of lug-type construction, with integrated square SAE flanges on the valve-body end faces. Manual-lever operation is the most common configuration, and proximity-switch versions are also available.SAE-flange butterfly valves feature compact structure, novel appearance, small size, light weight, low operating torque and simple installation & operation with fast closing speed, making them well-suited for confined installation spaces inside hydraulic stations. The lug-type design enables one-sided valve disassembly without removing piping on the opposite side. these valves serve as tank outlet shut-off valves, main return line control valves， During maintenance, making them the optimal valves for hydraulic fluid power systems.
