The surface for D type wear plate and wear ring are welded by one tungsten carbide ring with fragment tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide ring thickness is 6mm, fragment tungsten carbide thickness is 8mm, total width is 20mm. Inside sieeve is welded by V-150 electrode. Life time of wear plate is more than 35K CBM, life time of wear ring is more than 18K CBM.
