Unacea - Italian construction equipment association, founded in 2010, counts more around 90 member companies and a rate of representativeness in terms of turnover of 80%, both in producing and importing of all types of equipment: earthmoving, road, concrete, drilling, attachments and tower cranes.
The industry has a manufacturing turnover of 2.5 billion euros and an employment volume of 36 thousand workers, including related activities. Unacea represents the Italian industry in Cece – the Committee for European construction equipment, based in Brussels.
Unacea represents the interests of the industry before the Italian Ministries, Authorities and public bodies that deal with construction equipment and promotes the internationalization of Italian companies organizing national pavilions.
