The Construction and Construction Machinery Cluster (İŞİM) was established at OSTİM in 2007 through a partnership between Çankaya University and the OSTİM OSB Directorate. As the first cluster in the region, İŞİM is a national entity that includes companies specializing in various sub-sectors of the construction and construction machinery industry. It focuses on domestic production and ongoing development.
The core mission of the İŞİM Cluster is to boost both national and international competitiveness for its members by encouraging innovation, fostering collaboration, and supporting the creation of global brands. With over 170 member companies, İŞİM covers a wide range of machinery sectors, including:

The cluster’s machinery and equipment are used across various applications such as housing, urban transformation, transportation, logistics, communication, mining, drinking water, irrigation, energy projects, and infrastructure development. İŞİM caters to both public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on municipal needs.
