Hall effect-based position and angle sensors are essential components of modern measurement technology that convert magnetic fields into electrical signals. These sensors use the Hall effect, in which a voltage builds up in a current-carrying conductor at right angles to the direction of the current under the influence of a magnetic field. This enables precise and non-contact measurements of position and angle. Such sensors are used in mobile applications, for example to detect the position of gas pedals, steering wheels or gearbox shifters.
